Yak Meat

       As one of the main specialties of western Sichuan and Tibetan areas, yak meat is world-renowned for its "high protein, low fat and no pollution". The finished products include dried meat, meat floss, and marinated yak meat. Yaks are an excellent animal product unique to the Sichuan-Tibet Plateau, which live in the alpine region of 3,500-4,500 meters above sea level all year round.
